In 2007/2008 The Promanex Group conducted a rebranding exercise, which united the 3 businesses; Jefco, Promanex and Thermal Energy Construction, under the one banner – Promanex.

This has resulted in Jefco becoming Promanex (Civils & Industrial Services) Ltd., Promanex becoming Promanex (Total FM & Environmental Services) Ltd., and TEC becoming Promanex (Construction & Maintenance Services) Ltd. This has created a consistent identity for three teams of highly skilled and resourceful individuals, united by a common goal to achieve excellence in the specialised field of industrial support services.

Entrepreneurial spirit, strong management, financial stability and a clear strategy enables us to offer added value, flexibility, quality services, responsiveness and choice, to our wide client base.

Established in 1996 the Promanex Group embarked on a strategy to create a robust and valued business model. Recognising our customers wish to buy more services from fewer suppliers, we set out to create an industrial support services business that offered a breadth of skills and services that could respond to our customers’ needs.

We recognise that our customers want to work with organisations that can build, operate, maintain, replace, improve and repair their assets. Our ability to deliver added value through this phenomenon means that we can achieve growth with existing clients by delivering additional services. Our strategy is to build long term relationships and work together with our customers, allowing them to focus on their core business.
