ISO 9001:2008
Promanex anticipates and identifies the needs of customers and provide services that demand consistent leadership in quality. Careful controls are put in place to ensure that the same high level of service is delivered on time, every time. These management systems and control measures have been ISO 9001:2008 accredited.
UVDB Achilles Verify
UVDB Achilles Verify is an external assessment, provided by Achilles, focused at providing a recognised safety, health the environment and quality standard to the utilities sector by means of member and SHE and QA company site audits.
OHSAS 18001
OHSAS 18001 was developed to facilitate the integration of occupational health and safety management systems with the quality and environmental management systems accredited by ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental).
Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS)
Promanex is a member of the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme. CHAS is established as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the United Kingdom.
ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Registration

Promanex have been active members of the Civil Engineering Contractors Association since 2002. We participate in best practice debates and welcome the training opportunities offered by CECA.
Member of the British Safety Council
Promanex realise the benefits of an effective health and safety culture. We have been a member of the British Safety Council since 1996 and are continually seeking ways to improve working conditions to create a healthier and safer environment for all our stakeholders who may be affected by our activities.
NICEIC
Promanex has received accreditation from NICEIC - the electrical contracting industry's independent voluntary body for electrical installation safety matters throughout the United Kingdom.
Waste Carriers License
Promanex is a licensed waste carrier and broker by the Environment Agency. Under the Duty of Care within the Environmental Protection Act 1990 you (the client) have an obligation to ensure that if you give waste to a supplier, they are authorised to take it. Promanex are authorised by the Environment Agency and this allows Promanex to handle your waste in a legal manner to ensure it is dealt with appropriately, safely and legally, whatever its final destination.
New Engineering Contract - NEC Users' Group Membership
At the beginning June, Promanex became a registered Bronze Member of the NEC Users' Group. The NEC (New Engineering Contract) is a family of contract formats adopted widely throughout industry in the UK and overseas. Now in its third generation, "NEC3" can be applied in many different contract environments including long term service contracts as well as engineering and construction projects.
ASME Stamp
The American Society of Mechanical Engineers distributes 600 codes and standards used around the world for the design, manufacturing and installation of mechanical devices. Promanex Construction and Maintenance Services continues to expand its trade accreditation by achieving the ASME ‘A’ and ‘PP’ stamp accreditation for shop and field fabrication of power piping and field assembly of power boilers. Concom
Promanex are registered members of and are audited by the Humber Bank Contractor Competency Forum whereby we improve work systems that contribute to sustained workforce competency.
The Legionella Control Association
Promanex has been members of the scheme since 2008. From July 2007 it is a requirement that if a company wishes to include any of the legionella specific activities such as, water treatment service visits, cleaning and disinfection, cooling tower refurbishment and risk assessment, in their scope of services or that of a subcontractor they must make sure that they comply to the Code of Conduct. Furthermore a company needs to maintain additional controls and audits. Promanex is a member of and accredited by the LCA and offer cleaning and inspection services to make sure your tower is compliant.
Recruitment and Employment Confederation
Promanex is a corporate member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). The REC is the trade body that supports and represents the recruitment industry. Promanex aims to offer its candidates and clients, the highest possible levels of service and is committed to adhering the REC’s set standards.
British Institute of Facilities Management
Promanex is a corporate member of the British Institute of Facicilties Management (BIFM).
Engineering Construction Industry Association
Promanex is a member of the Engineering Construction Industry Association (ECIA).

Promanex is accredited by ConstructionLine, the UK’s largest register for pre-qualified construction services – and details can be found on ConstructionLine’s database of pre-approved suppliers.
Cooling Technology Institute
Promanex is a member of the Cooling Technology Institute. It is a nonprofit self-governing technical association and is dedicated to improvement in technology, design, performance and maintenance of evaporative heat transfer systems. In addition, water and air pollution have always been and will continue to be of prime concern to CTI and its members.
