A Remarkable Success Story...

From humble beginnings in 1996 the Promanex Group is now one of the UK’s leading industrial support services company, providing value adding solutions to some of the most business critical industry sectors throughout the UK and Ireland.

In 2011 Promanex will be 15 years old; during this time the journey has been both exciting and rewarding. There have been many defining moments including; securing the first Venture Capital funding from Sovereign Capital in 2000, making the first major acquisition into the petro-chemical sector in 2001 and completing a secondary buyout with NVM Private Equity Limited in 2007. During these 15 years Promanex has established a very effective business model and an infrastructure that is both robust and sustainable.

During 2008, Promanex successfully undertook a rebranding exercise to align all parts of the business under the Promanex banner. The exercise was not only well managed but was embraced by all those involved and resulted in both good employee and client engagement.

In 2009, Promanex expanded its service portfolio through the acquisition of part of Nalco, the World's leading water treatment company. This service stream was later enhanced in in December 2009 when the business acquired Nalco's Northern Ireland business.
