Our Employees
The biggest investment we make is in our people because we know that the success of our business is the responsibility of every individual who works for Promanex. Almost 1,000 people currently work for Promanex of whom 70 per cent are skilled and the remaining 30 per cent are unskilled.
We encourage all employees to improve their skill sets. Current educational development and training includes MBA, CIM, CIMA, BSc Occupational Safety and Environmental Management, NEBOSH and IOSH. Promanex has gained recognition as an approved training centre in partnership with the ECITB. We are also an accredited provider of both IOSH and NEBOSH nationally recognised qualifications.
Promanex is an ‘Investor in People’; a standard which helps to benchmark how we communicate with and engage our people. This provides us with a framework to ensure that employees have the correct knowledge, skills and leadership to work effectively. Promanex is also an equal opportunity employer.
Ethics
Promanex adopts the highest ethical standards and principles with all of our stakeholders and ensures that our ethical performance is regularly reviewed. Our code of ethics is communicated to employees at all levels in order that they are able to raise any concerns regarding behaviour which may be perceived as unethical.
