We recognise that the health and safety of our customers, employees, suppliers, and local communities is critical to our success. The industries in which we serve coupled with the range of services we deliver means that risks are ever present in the workplace and so, we continue to provide significant investment in the safety training and development of our workforce to ensure the highest levels of health and safety are adhered to and encouraged at all times.

The Group employ a dedicated team of experienced health and safety professionals who constantly implement, manage and control health and safety best practice throughout the business. The Group has clearly defined health and safety policies and we operate a strict regular reporting procedure which the Board of Directors continually review.

Our strong health and safety culture and performance has been highlighted throughout the year by receiving the RoSPA Gold award for the fifth consecutive year and ‘Large Contractor of the Year 2010’ by ConocoPhillips which builds on the previous two years of receiving ‘Small Contractor of the Year’.
