Promanex (Total FM & Environmental Services) Ltd has acquired Coventry & Co Limited, the Yorkshire-based engineering operation that specialises in mechanical and precipitator maintenance contracts.

The deal will enable one of the UK’s leading suppliers of industrial support services to take over well established contracts such as the Scottish and Southern Energy Plc account.  Promanex will also inherit the company’s highly skilled workforce.
