Promanex has chosen the Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) as its preferred tool in measuring the skills, training and experience of its workforce.

60% of the total workforce has already been registered on the scheme, which includes over 90% of its management and supervisory team.  Committed through its membership to the Civil Engineering Contractors Association, Promanex aims to increase the number of workers registered and achieve 80% compliance by the end of 2008.
