Promanex Acquired by UK's Leading Engineering and Construction Company

Promanex, a leading industrial support service provider, has been acquired by the Costain Group, a leading UK engineering solutions provider which has a portfolio spanning more than 140 years of technical excellence. The Costain Group is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is headquartered in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

The acquisition is part of the Costain strategy to ensure the Company maintains it leading role as a UK solutions provider with a strong focus on infrastructure, energy and process and environmental sectors. .
