Document Management

Document-management_178Promanex Registry is a unique on-site document management service responsible for the collation, filing, storage and retrieval of various forms of information belonging to all departments within the customer’s business. This information is managed to be accessible in a number of different ways from electronic delivered to a secure web page or the employee’s inbox, to the manual retrieval and delivery of original documents. Documents that can be held within a Promanex Registry service include:

• Patents;
• Design records;
• Technical drawings;
• Confidential records;
• Product development records;
• Technical documents;
• Journals and other published material.

We are aware that much of the information collated and retrieved on behalf of our customers is of a very sensitive nature and distribution has stringent confidentiality rules that must be adhered to at all times.

1. Items are stored onsite in an access-controlled area.  Promanex prides itself on the confidentiality controls in force and ensures their staff abides by all security rules in place at all times.

2. All requests for information are completed in the shortest timescale possible working with the customer to ensure deadlines are met.

3. All items, whether stored on-site or off-site, are catalogued, referenced and then given unique, recognisable storage numbers that can all be cross-referenced both electronically and manually.

4. Items stored off-site with trusted document management experts are open to the same security as items stored in the Registry and cannot be accessed without an approved appointment.

5. Security standards relating to Registry held items are a necessity. We understand that some documents are of a highly confidential nature and therefore access to items is restricted and controlled.

Promanex delivers an efficient and dedicated Registry service and prides itself on its ability, customer service, confidentiality, security and successful management of documents and treasured items.
