Grounds Maintenance

Promanex deliver a wide variety of grounds maintenance services from lawn maintenance, external bedding management, internal plant maintenance, through to water feature maintenance and grounds overhaul and redesign.

Our experience in providing a grounds maintenance service is many years long, and our focus is to deliver this service alongside other Promanex-provided services on your site.

Our skilled teams will provide a bespoke service to your grounds and planting requirements, and while other companies will provide staff for a few hours a week, with a call out fee on top, we can provide a skilled employee who can be either on site to deliver the grounds duties, or be providing a janitorial or basic maintenance type role within the site’s buildings.  As the service is tailored to your site’s requirements, the mixture of services will be provided as required, with the added benefit of the employee or tea being available for those ad hoc jobs that arise out of the blue. The grounds maintenance services that could be provided can include:

• Lawn care, cutting, resowing, re-laying
• Bedding management – seasonal planting schemes, weeding, replanting
• Arboriculture – pruning, trimming, removal, planting
• Internal plants – watering, trimming, repotting, design service
• Car park, footway and road way maintenance – pot hole filling, lay out changes, resurfacing
• Kerb stone replacement
• Signage
• Water feature maintenance and cleaning
• Landscape redesign, earth moving, planting

By locating an on site team/member of staff with an implied ownership, managed through the use of key performance indicators (KPIs) and run along side other Promanex services, the flexible team can provide a resource for one of projects, such as employee desk moves, or management of temporary accommodation for example.  The ‘ownership’ that the Promanex staff have for the customer’s site is almost personal, taking their service provision on to asset management on the customer’s behalf, resulting in high quality, value for money services.
