To help businesses comply with the most stringent hygiene and safety standards, Promanex will provide a multi-facetted laundry service to both local sites and national coverage to multi site customers.

Innovative customer tailored solutions coupled with tried and tested processes reduce costs in this essential outsourced service provision.

A Promanex Account Manager will liaise with on site staff to establish the requirement for laundry services. Customer requirements can be tailored to suit their individuals needs. Many of our customers have a mix of the following service elements; some taking all the services, and some taking one or two.

Laundry Services:

• The hire of workwear garments which are exchanged on a one to seven times per week basis.  This service can include individualised work-wear items, collection of dirty items, laundry and pressing, delivery of laundered items back to site and repair or damaged items.

• The hire of dust control mats, which can include the collection, replacing, cleaning, and return delivery dust control mats, either on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.

• The hire of cabinet roller towels, including the collection and replacement, cleaning, and return delivery of the roller towels, as well as the supply and maintenance of the towel cabinets.

• The supply and maintenance of garment distribution lockers, for the safe-keeping and reissue of laundered work-wear garments.  Alongside this (and with the above work-wear laundry service) we can provide soiled garment collectors.

Add-on services

• Full rental and laundry of hand or bath towels;

• Repair and alteration service to all garments;

• All garments will be bar coded for full traceability and reporting.
