All Promanex jetting personnel are trained to the standards set by the Water Jetting Association, and all hold uniquely numbered WJA training cards plus C.S.C.S training cards in water jetting. Our personnel have also been trained in cleaning techniques for tube bundles, drains, storage tanks and surface preparation.

Ultra High Pressure Jetting Unit, up to 2758 Bar

The power of the ultra-high pressure water jet is suited to countless applications. One of the most common daily applications is surface applications. Ultra high pressure water jetting is a highly productive, economical surface preparation method that produces a ‘white metal’ finish up to the highest international standards. The application is spark free and dust free, protecting the surrounding area as well as personnel. Cleaning rates with ultra high water jetting are as good as or better than those of abrasive blasting, but with 98% fewer residues left behind.

Freelance Mk VI – Pneumatically Powered Flexible Lance System

The unique freelance system offers mechanised flex lancing and new levels of efficiency. A major benefit of the freelance is the ability to direct the waste water and effluent that is produced. The water tube located within the gun handle can be piped to a waste collection point, reducing on-site contamination. The parameters of the tubes requiring cleaning can be set into the machine to stop any chance of the jet or lance coming out of the tube. Furthermore, it also guarantees that the complete length of the pipe work has been cleaned. The freelance Mk VI is a compatible attachment to either the high pressure or ultra high pressure water jetting units.

Floor and Surface cleaner

Promanex cleans garages, car parks and other flat surfaces safely and effectively whilst eliminating operator hazard. The floor and surface cleaning system used also cleans paint from gratings, decontaminates and degreases surfaces, removes coatings and membranes, scarifies concrete and cleans tank and pit floors.

High Pressure Hot Water Jetting Unit, up to 517 Bar at 98⁰c

Ideal for all your industrial cleaning needs, this towable unit offers optimum combination of water pressure and water temperature. Due to its design it can be transported to the workplace ready for operation immediately. Both the pressure and temperature can be adjusted manually to meet any parameters set by your equipment or process design. The integral 1,000 litre water tank makes it possible to carry out cleaning operations in remote locations.

Soda Blasting

Soda blasting is a process where bicarbonate-of-soda is applied against a surface using compressed air. This process is a non-destructive, environmentally friendly method for many applications in cleaning, industrial equipment maintenance, paint stripping, and rust removal. The action of sodium bicarbonate will not cause heat build-up, sparks, or abrasion to the surface being cleaned.
